We understand that plans can change. You’re allowed to return the vehicle up to 60 minutes after the stipulated return time on your contract, which matches the pick-up time. However, if you exceed this 60-minute grace period, you’ll be charged for an additional rental day.

For less than 30 days rental, we do not request deposit, just the payment of the rental.

Yes, presenting a credit card is essential as it’s the primary guarantee for HENRY’S CAR RENTAL – Hertz St Barth in case of any damages or loss to the vehicle. Please ensure your card has embossed (raised) numbers. We cannot accept Electron or Maestro cards due to their capped debits and inability to serve as a sufficient guarantee.

All our vehicles are rented out with a full fuel tank, and we expect them to be returned with a full tank. If not, they should be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental. However, if you choose to return the vehicle with less fuel than initially provided, you’ll be charged per 1/8th of the tank based on the rates displayed at our agency.
