**Extensions:** Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return to request an extension, subject to availability.

Where do I pick up my rental car in St Barts?
Pick-up is set by default at Remy de Haenen Airport (SBH) in St Jean. Delivery to a hotel or villa elsewhere on the island is available for a fixed delivery fee, confirmed during booking.
What documents do I need to rent a car at Hertz St Barth?
You need a valid driving licence and a credit card with embossed (raised) numbers in the main driver’s name as a guarantee. Electron and Maestro cards are not accepted.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A security deposit is taken on the main driver’s credit card when you collect the vehicle. Its amount is stated in the rental agreement and it is released after return, less any sums due.
