Recipients and service providers
- Authorised staff of HENRY'S CAR RENTAL;
- AZUR RENT, the booking and rental management software used by HENRY'S CAR RENTAL, hosted by Hostinger International Ltd (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus);
- Cloudflare, Inc. (site delivery and protection: content delivery network, traffic filtering);
- Microsoft 365 (email: confirmation emails and customer-service correspondence);
- Meta, WhatsApp Business (messages about your booking and conversations you start on WhatsApp);
- Stripe (card payment, only where online payment is offered);
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC (audience measurement and advertising, only with your consent);
- authorities and bodies entitled to receive them, where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these providers (in particular Google, Cloudflare, Meta, Microsoft and Stripe) may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. Transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where the provider participates, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The hosting provider describes its safeguards in its data processing agreement. You may ask us for a copy of the applicable safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to give instructions regarding your data after death.
