01Booking & Cancellation

Understand our policies regarding changes and cancellations to plan your trip with confidence.

**Cancellation:** Rates are subject to change with 24 business hours' notice. During peak periods (Christmas), special minimum durations apply.
**Security Deposit:** For rentals under 30 days, we typically do not request a deposit beyond the rental payment.
**Extensions:** Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return to request an extension, subject to availability.

02Vehicle & Driving Requirements

Prepare for your arrival and driving experience on the island.

**Credit Card:** A credit card with embossed (raised) numbers is mandatory as a guarantee. We cannot accept Electron or Maestro.
**Fuel Policy:** Vehicles are rented with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank to avoid refill charges.
**Vehicle Choice:** Compact cars like the Wuling Yep are great for parking; SUVs are better for steep villa access.
**Grace Period:** You have a 60-minute grace period for returns before an additional day is charged.
