Festive Season Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable festive period
Reservations with a pick-up date between December 15 and January 5 (any year) cannot be cancelled within 30 days of the pick-up date. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Examples
- Pick-up on December 25 → cancellation is blocked from November 25 onwards.
- Pick-up on January 3 → cancellation is blocked from December 4 onwards.
- Pick-up on December 15 → cancellation is blocked from November 15 onwards.
Outside the festive period
For all other dates, our standard cancellation policy applies: free cancellation online up to 24 hours before pick-up; later cancellations and no-shows are charged the total amount of the booked rental.
