Minimum billed rental
During the festive period, a minimum of 10 rental days is billed, whatever the actual duration of the rental.
Cancellation before pick-up
Over the festive period, a rental is non-refundable: the sums paid are not refunded in case of cancellation, change or no-show, whatever the date of your request. Outside this period, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up.
After pick-up
Once the vehicle has been collected, no refund is made.
