Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers are located in the United States. Transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where the provider participates, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Hostinger describes its safeguards in its data processing agreement. You may ask us for a copy of the applicable safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to give instructions regarding your data after death.
